Atypical size for a regular price? Yes. Thanks to in-house frame assembly and a diverse palette of media, we can construct canvas of practically any size - 54x250cm, for example. If You have extra space, we even offer canvasses of up to 3m size.

Blind frame

We stretch the canvas on solid pine frames - so-called ,,blind frames". Thanks to their special profile, these frames guarantee long-lasting strenght and an excellent stretch of the picture

The wooden blind frame is covered by the canvas, when looking from the side. An extra 2cm of image will get added along the circumference on the frames's edge. This surface can also be printed on for an even greater impression of depth.
With the help of special software, we mirror the 2.5cm strip along the edge of the motive in such a way, that the entire image stays on the view side of the canvas. If You have a motif with sufficiently large surroundings (woods, the sky, the countryside...), the photo may be enlarged by 5cm without mirroring and the edgese of the shot used for the frame's circumference.
A picture prepared on a blind frame may be directly hanged up, without additional framing with a decorative frame.
Mirroring can (e. g. with collages) be replaced with a solid colour or be left naturally white - e. g. when being framed with a decorative frame.

Is my photo high-quality enough to print on canvas?

Canvas, thanks to its structure, has the excellent ability to show the finest details, but also compensate for various degrees of sharpness and low resolution. Where photopaper would show every pixel, canvas allows for much larger formats.

1. Emotion

We've printed thousands of pictures. One thing all of them had in common - emotion.
A person close to You, a one-of-a-kind moment or experience, a memory or place that evokes pleasant feelings. Maybe Your photo is nothing but a smudge, but You simply know, what a story it tells.

2. Resolution

In our studio, we have a showpiece 1.5m canvas print of a 3Mpx photo, on which we just digitally adjusted the focus. Or a beautiful surprise - a picture from facebook on a 45x30 canvas. Even a massive 200Mpx panorama will show in all of its glory on our canvas.

3. Sharpness and colours

We tackle each order with an individual approach. Our experienced graphical artists will check every picture one by one and perhaps suggest a slight adjustment of the focus or a small correction - all for free. We know that the picture is important for You and we do our best to make You proud of it.

4. Brightness and Contrast

Thanks to our callibrated EIZO monitor, we can see the picture in the exact form it will get printed in. You can leave the adjustments to us, we'll inform You of any major changes we would make. With art replicas and more complicated tasks, it would be ideal for You to come to us personally.
